Ten days in the Garfagnana Eating and Cooking in a time-warp Valley

This is a food lovers’ tour extraordinaire. Based at “I Cinghiali” in the Garfagnana, one of Italy’s better kept secrets where life is still lived according to ancient rites and customs, where mass tourism and souvenir shops are thankfully absent and where the food is the best on the planet, the group will blend an array of expert cooking classes with local markets, sightseeing, walking and eating and drinking at restaurants and bars carefully selected using the hostess’s 18 years of local knowledge.
